Knoxville Data Center Photos — Hardin Valley Facility

Browse photos of our West Knoxville data center facility

Twenty-eight photographs, all chosen by the seller

Every listing gallery is curated, this one included. Nobody photographs the untidy corner, the cable run they meant to redo, or the label that has been wrong since 2014. You should assume those exist here, because they exist in every operating facility.

So the useful move is not to study these images harder. It is to ask for the shot you did not get. If you want to see behind the Symmetra, inside the electrical room, under the raised floor, or at the fiber entrance, say which one and it will be photographed and sent.

A walkthrough is better still. The facility is operating, so you can see it under load rather than staged.

Start a conversation, not an application

You do not have to be ready to buy anything to ask a question. Most people who end up acquiring a facility like this spend weeks working out whether the idea is sound before they speak to anyone, usually because there is nobody in their world who has done it and nobody they can ask without tipping their hand.

That is a normal place to be. Ask the question you would ask if there were no consequence to asking it. Nobody is going to demand proof of funds before answering, and a question is not a signal of intent.

This is a commercial real estate and infrastructure transaction. No client contracts, customer base, recurring revenue, employees or goodwill are included.
